What can a typical day look like?
I take into account that all children are unique and will progress in their learning/development at different rates. For pre-schoolers, it is my job to adapt, track and tailor the EYFS seven key learning areas to meet each child’s individual needs. Tracking and recording the baby ‘milestones’ is equally part of my daily practice.
Drawing on my teaching background, we will follow a half-termly theme or festival and do craft and other activities relating to this.
(All planned activities will depend on the age and ability of each child)
